Job description: Our client is looking for a Swedish Customer Service Agent to join their growing Customer Service Team in Malta! You will be the focal point of contact for their players and will be responsible for pro-actively engaging with their players, identifying, supporting and driving an amazing gaming experience to their players and preventing poor customer experiences.

  • Nurture and support player relationships via phone, e-mail and live chat
  • Seek resolutions to players’ queries and issues whilst actively striving to achieve “the correct answer” across all channels
  • Support and contribute to their CRM infrastructure
  • Actively share player knowledge and participate in the planning of player engagement initiatives
  • Monitor and assist in the alignment of campaigns and promotions across all allocated player touch points
  • Assist with translations, content writing and marketing to ensure that they are delivering the best communication to their players
  • Contributing new ideas and feedback to keep improving the way they work and exercise your creativity in different ways
  • Native level of Swedish
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
  • Previous on-line customer service experience
  • A genuine interest in iGaming
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Willing to learn and go the extra mile
  • Creative and forward-thinking
  • Microsoft Office proficient
