Job description: Swedish Responsible Gaming Analyst (Trainee)
Malta
 
Working alongside the Customer Care Team responsible for handling all escalations relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers. You will continually review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies as well as to provide ongoing training to customer service staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling all cases relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case.
  • Review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies & legislations.
  • Initiate, recommend, develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of those programs.
  • Educate and provide information to all staff in RG strategies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing RG training to customer service staff
  • Maintaining logs in relation to problem gaming & complaints, including liaising with corresponding bodies (ADRs & regulatory entities).
  • Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues among staff.
  • Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from customer service to marketing and technical enhancements.
  • Responsible for training of any potential new hire within the RG Team.
 
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both written and oral English and Swedish.
  • Must have around 2 years working experience in CS/RG in iGaming.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to draft & update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Resilient, approach to working in a dynamic, complex and often hectic environment
