Job description:
Our iGaming client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process and look into Documentation, queries and escalate complaints across different departments.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely together with the Management, Financial and Technical  team
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and contribute to an awesome working atmosphere 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Answering customers enquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Working together with CSM and Tech department to solve problems and improve the system and give the customers a better service
  • Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to solve problems regarding customers questions
  • Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support Department and report any incident to the closest manager.
  • Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to manage customers’ withdrawals
  • Assist the Marketing Department with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market
  • Be interested in IGaming Field or a willingness to learn
  • Show strong sense of initiative
  • Present a good knowledge on computer literacy skills
