- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Work closely together with the Management, Financial and Technical team
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and contribute to an awesome working atmosphere
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Answering customers inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Working together with CSM and Tech department to solve problems and improve the system and give the customers a better service
- Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to solve problems regarding customers questions
- Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support Department and report any incident to the closest manager.
- Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to manage customers’ withdrawals
- Assist the Marketing Department with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market
- Be interested in IGaming Field or a willingness to learn
- Show strong sense of initiative
- Present a good knowledge on computer literacy skills
