Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Acting as a first point of contact for our customers
  • Providing first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat in a professional and responsible manner
  • Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers according to agreed standards
  • Aiming to resolve all issues at first point of contact
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries in a prompt manner
 
Requirements:
 
  • Customer support experience
  • Fluency in the English (written and oral)
  • Fluency in Swedish (written and oral) 
  • Attentive to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to find solutions
  • Previous experience in a similar role and good industry insight would be considered an asset
