Responsibilities
• Helping our customer with all their enquiries
• Explaining how to use our services and assisting the customers with on-going marketing campaigns
• Advising players on responsible gaming tools and acting pro-actively on player’s gaming patterns
• Escalating to relevant departments as required

Requirement
• Previous Online experience with iGaming Companies
• Experience in assisting the customers via email and chat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English as native language
