Job description: US SALES MANAGER FOR ONLINE GAMBLING AFFILIATION
Location: USA (Delaware, New Jersey, or remote)
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
Our client is an online lead generation company that creates quality leads in highly competitive verticals, such as iGaming, Financials, Health, and Communications. Originally established in Malta with a focus on European markets, we are now embracing new opportunities across the North American markets.
 
They are looking to hire a motivated Sales Manager or Account Manager to help establish the company’s presence in the US under the guidance of our Head of Sales and CCO in Malta.
 
YOUR TASKS ARE
 
  • Creating and managing affiliate accounts and building relationships with commercial partners
  • Negotiating Fixed Fee, CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share deals with casino, sports and esports brands to ensure a positive ROI for the business
  • Cooperating with product and content team to ensure our affiliate websites and channels are up to date with content and offers for the casino/sports events
  • Creating pitch decks and presentations in order to actively source new deals and close agreements
  • Analyzing and preparing reports on the performance of  your affiliate accounts and the markets you are overseeing
  • Support with ad hoc projects and projects supporting the company’s commercial strategy
 
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience within the iGaming (Casino and/or Sports betting) industry
  • Having an active professional network in this industry in the U.S. is particularly advantageous
  • An understanding of different commercial affiliate models: CPA / Hybrid / Revenue Share / CPC
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of any other European language would be an additional asset
